Greetings to you and Welcome to our School Website,

We are extremely excited about going into this 2009 – 2010 school year! Our theme this year is “Making A Difference”. Last year Lauderdale Manors reached the highest level of student achievement in our history, and had the largest amount of parent involvement and partnerships. Some of our highlights are the following:

Reading proficiency from 48% to 60% + 12

Math Proficiency from 59% to 62% + 3

Writing from 94% to 100% + 6  WOW!!!

Science from 5% to 33% + 28 Amazing!

Reading Learning Gaines from 53% to 62% - 9 points

One of our goals this year is to dive further into technology. We are currently under construction and await the completion of our new 2 story fully digital classrooms where we plan to take our school to the next level.

I am excited about working with the best staff in Broward County and count it a privilege to touch the lives of our precious children. Join us as we continue our quest to truly make a difference in the lives, hearts and minds of our students, families and community.
